Mini Meatloaves
Kraft Foods has the best recipes! Here is a page right from their Fall 2008 magazine of easy min-meatloaves with 3 different variations.

Ingredients- Practically nothing! For some reason I didnt include the BBQ Sauce in this picture- oh well!
First you mix the ground beef with the stuffing mix and then put the mixture into a muffin pan. Make an indent in the center of each muffin.

Spoon some sauce into the indents you made, then bake for 20 minutes at 350.
Top with some cheese, bake it again for 3 minutes, then serve!

Enchilada Scale: 6.5 (these were not my favorite, but still tasty and easy to make.)
