Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts


1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice


1/4 cup soy sauce


1 tablespoon sugar


1 tablespoon ground ginger


1 tablespoon minced garlic




Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low all day. Serve over white or brown rice with fresh or frozen veggies.


*When I make this, I like to shred the chicken 1/2 hour before serving and return it to the crock pot.


**You can sprinkle with sesame seeds if you want it to look prettier! lol
